Product performance verification is a critical phase before formal launch. We arrange multiple rounds of water testing to examine the equipment’s safety, balance and reliability under diverse real operating conditions.
The first round of water testing focused on static performance inspection. During this phase, our engineering team mainly verified two core indicators: the balance performance of the equipment in stationary condition, as well as its waterproof capability. The static test helps us confirm the baseline structural sealing and stability of the product when no movement or acceleration is applied.
Following the successful completion of static tests, we move forward to the second water trial. This dynamic test is designed to evaluate the equipment’s performance under real working scenarios.
In this second test, our technical team will inspect the balance performance while the equipment is in motion and under acceleration. Besides, we carry out repeated tests with different load weights to simulate various passenger combinations. One key test target is to assess the overall balance and stability when the equipment accelerates up to 35 km/h.
Dynamic water testing is much more challenging than static checks. Varying loads and increasing speed will bring continuous changes to water resistance and force distribution on the equipment body. Through repeated on-site trials, our engineers collect real-time data, analyze structural response and fine-tune details to guarantee safe and stable operation for end users.
All testing data and observations will be recorded and reviewed by our R&D and engineering team. Any optimization suggestions generated from this trial will be implemented to improve the product before mass production and delivery.
